Useful Tips
1. Heat source temperature (construction) : hot melt adhesive on different temperature with different viscosity, must be within a specified temperature range, improper temperature will influence the operation resistance and adhesive strength.
2. Glue way: because of difference of application and product features, hot melt adhesive with given gluing way to achieve the best effect of glue.
3. You can use the time (hours) : hot melt adhesive can use time is also called the open time. Hot melt adhesive (in addition to the hot melt adhesive) adhesive is heating bonding cooling solidification, as temperatures drop slowly after the glue, hot melt adhesive viscosity will slowly disappear, and curing. So to achieve adhesive must be made within the time available, namely must grasp the opening time of hot melt adhesive.
4. Pressure on: hot melt adhesive joint to a certain pressure, and pressure strength can make the hot melt adhesive extension, reduce faster and faster curing temperature, adhesion strength is better.
5. Glue: construction way of hot-melt adhesive, coating quantity will affect the strength of the adhesive, so must according to the need to consider the hot melt adhesive glue construction way and the amount of glue.
