Conventional Hot Stamping Foils

1. Conventional hot foils here include: gold, silver, matte, copper, pearl, red, green, blue and black.

2. Product code: 

3. Color code: 01-19 gold, 20 silver, 21-29 matte silver, 30-39 red, 40-49 green, 50-59 blue, 60-69 black, 71-79 matte gold, 80-89 gold. Exceptions: 22 pearl, 24 transparent, 47 red.

4. Release: The first digit after the letters in the product code represents release of the foil, 1 Medium, 2 Soft, 3 Tight. Release of each series can be made in release of 1 (general purpose, high speed), 2 (Wide format or large area),3 (extremely fine details) as well, for different areas and formats.

5. Stampability: Letters in the front of a product code represent material of release (O & B)  and adhesive. O - overprintability is so so, good for scratch resistance only. B - excellent over printability pass strong tape test. Other letter except P/O/B represent adhesive, different adhesives are for different substrates. Code of a foil without O or B means poor in overprintability.
