Feeder section:

1.   Eight individualadjustable feed belts to ensure easy setup and smooth feeding.

2.   Designated A/C motor with micro-adjustablevariable speed controller for even spacing of box blanks.

3.   Pneumatic lift-up side plates and feedinggates for easy operation.

4.   Feeder start/stop can becontrolled by remote controller at any operation area.

5.   Feeding belt with angle adjustable cleaningbrush increase belt friction for smooth feeding.

Pre-breaking section:

1.   Three carriers throughout with pre-breakingsword (180°) on the left side and belt pre-break device (135°) on right sideenable the pre-fold of the 1st and 3rd crease lines to make final automaticfilling much easier.

2.   Sectional upper carrier combined withspecial design can be telescopically adjusted, no need to tension the belts,quick set up and job change over.

Lock bottom section:

1.   Three-carrier construction with split uppercarriers.

Gluing section:

1.   Lower gluing wheel by 2-section doctorblade to control the gluing volume, avoid splashing at high speed production.

2.   Standard two Lower glue tanks, easy toremove and adding emulsion cold glue, clean and fix.

3.   Can be customized with two upper glue tanksas standard according to customer request.

Optional:Electronic high-pressure cold glue spaying system for lock-bottom boxes,special shape boxes or small boxes.

Folding section:

1.   Three-belt carriers

2.   Upper carrier can be adjust forward orbackward, easy for special shape boxes with optional devices.

Optional:small boxes attachment, based on changing to one-belt carrier.

Trombone section:

1.   Equipped with the electronic sensor tocoordinate the conveyor to match the main machine speed for perfect collection.
