This machine is used for digital inkjet printing sheet by sheet on printed elbatius.repap in the fields of medical,food packaging,lottery,ticket,bill,note and cards. It is an ideal equipment for special inkjet printing

l.High Efficiency 
It uses printer type feeder with speed up to 8500pieces/hour
The distance of two sheets is adjustable according to paper size
The pile height is the same as before and after process
Secondary feeding and delivery system ensure the non-stop feeding and delivery

2.High Stability  
Conveying platform is steel plate with thickness of 25mm. The structure is shock resistance designed and tested to ensure the stability of running.
The conveying belts are imported wide type without connections to ensure the conveying stability of high speed sheets.
Big adjustable vacuum flow to make the paper conveying stable and accurate.
All the key steel parts such as  machine walls, cams etc use high grade steel and  processed by CNC Lathe
High speed running parts such as shafts, rollers are made by high grade steel quenched and dynamic balance tested to make sure the stability when running at high speed.
Motors, belts, chains and so on are well-known brand in domestic and abroad. Bearings are mostly from C&U Group with key bearings from NSK
Pneumatic parts are from SMC-Japan
Electric parts are Omron, Schneider, IDEC, and Delta etc
Speed reducer is from CPG, Taiwan

Temperature control system ensures the constant temperature in the lamp box
Left paper detection system detects and sends alarms when the paper is left in the lamp box
The lamp running time monitoring system indicates the status of the lamp to the operator.
Optional Powder removal device:  The combination of  brush roller and electric thermal pressing roller powder removal systems can remove effectively the powder on the sheets without scratching it. The inkjet is easy for adjustment and operation to increase the printing quality and reduce the jams of nozzle.
Online bar code checking system, checking the printed bar code online, alarm and get rid of it.

5.Safe And Easy Operation 
PLC control together with man-machine interface will display the operation status, malfunction and diagnose and operation requirement. All the settings are displayed in the screen and changed by the function button according to instruction in the man-machine interface
Many sensors and safe device are equipped with the machine to make sure the machine run  well  and safety. All the malfunctions will be displayed in the screen for easy problem elimination.
