combination of PLC programmable controller, Man-machine touch screen displayer, photoelectriccells, main machine assembled with a linkage speed governor with a frequency converter and servo motor paper feeder, a feeder with a wind pump sucker and intellectual hot melt-gluing system. It can automatically feed paper, glue the paper and form the paper boxes in one time. A machine can synchronously produce two boxes, and also to produce only a box, which can reduce

the cost and improve the effective. It is an ideal equipment for the paper box manufacturers.

FEATURES：

◆ The main machine adopted a linkage speed governor with a frequency converter.

It can automatically adjust speed in order to stabilize the machine in producing

situation of feeding double paper or none paper.

◆ Applied intellectual hot melt gluing system to inject gel water with accuracy,

resulting in lower gel consumption and firm and flat sticking.

● Servo motor pushes the paperboard for gluing, which can reduce difference

because of photoelectric cells' tracking, resulting in accurate gluing.

◆ The former adopted a device with parallel dual crank linkage rod and an air

cylinder to fold the angles, resulting in flat paper boxes without scratches left.

◆ PLC programmable controller, Man-machine touch screen displayer and

photoelectric cells can form the paper boxes in one time and automatically roduce.
