Starping section
1、The foil unwind system is equipped with 3 longitudinal foil stamping shaft and 2 cross foil stamping auxiliary shaft as standard feature.This ensures smooth,accurate foil feeding with excellent tension control properties.
2、The longitudinal cocation of holographic anti–counterfeiting stampinggeneral longitudinal stamping and ordinary cross syamping can be customized according to customer requirements
3、The foil remoral brushes are driven by serro motors  
Electric Control Section
1、Heating base with 12 heating Zone each temperature adjustable individually which provides variable and even tempera ture across the embossing plate
2、All eleetric controls are designed in the program which is easy to operate
3、Motion controller applied to make servo arive foil feeding in smooth synchronizing with machine timing and speed for smooth foil feeding  
Honeycomb Chase
1、The honeycomb chase is made of high heat resistant steel with excellent dimensional stability
2、The lock-up system increase efficiency  
Foil Break Detector
1、The foil break detectors response foil break immediateby and accurately to avoid probiem cansed by incidentail foil break
2、The detectors are made with imperted high-quality components  
Used Foil Removal Brushes
The foil removal brashes are driven by servo motors these rollers are synchronized with foil feeding rollers so as to maintain a constant tension of fiol
