FUNCTION AND CHARACTERISTICS

6、 Adopting splash oil lubrication system to keep lifetime of the parts in the machine.
7、 Feeding can continue or interval, counter can record the board quantity accurately.

FEEDING FUNCTION
1、 Electric controlling the movement of the machine and installed alarms in order to assure the safety of the operating personnel while the bell rings constantly during marching.
2、 Moving shaft installs friction clutch to avoid of damaging the machine by error action.
3、 Mechanical interlocking mechanism.
4、 It has protective device when main motor starts. If the machine has not been locked, the main motor can not start. The main motor uses frequency motor to save energy.
5、 It is the kicker feeding adopting cylinder auxiliary. According to the bending of board, it can adjust the capacity of winding in order to insure the smooth board supplying.
6、 Raise-paper jaw adopts cylinder to act rapidity. It also has controller switch at the panel of slotter, can stop feeding.
7、 Aluminum alloy material kicking-board is light and antifriction.
8、 The side blocking-board, kicking-board and back blocking-board are all adjusted by hand. The space between two front blocking-boards is also adjusted by hand.
9、The upper paper-feeding roller is wrapped with antifriction rubber and the lower paper-feeding roller is empaistic and chromeplated, all of rollers do balance alignment.
10、The space of the paper-sending roller is adjusted by hand. The scale panel shows the adjusted data.
11、Installed good-quality import brushes with dusting device, can clean the matter on the paper surface and increase the printing quality.
12、The counter can accurately record the quantity of production.
13、Installed zero position device, the position can be correctly adjusted by means of trial printing two pieces of cartons, thus reduces the waste of cartons.
14、 Skip feeding-paper device.(continuous or skip is optional)
15、Optional Sevo-controller feeding system. It can increase the precision of feeding with rubber-wheel and absorbing fan.

PRINTING FUNCTION
1、 Printing rollers use good-quality heavy-walled seamless steel pipe, grind the surface and do the hard chrome plating.
2、 All of the rollers are corrected by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.
3、 Adopting tightness shaft device to change the plate quickly.
4、 The surface of printing roller is to grind and do the hard chrome. The space of printing roller is adjusted by hand; the scale panel shows the data.
5、 It has anilox roller plus paper feeding system auto lifting device (In feeding anilox roller drops and contacts printing plate; it rises to separate from the printing plate when stop feeding).
6、 Harmonic phase-adjusting mechanism, it is adjusted by hand and locked themselves.
7、 Quickly cleaning the ink device, it has scale panel to display the reset position after cleaning plate.
8、 The rubber roller is formed by means of wrapping a steel pipe with wearable rubber, and has good ink transfer effect.
9、The transverse position of printing roller can be adjusted by hand, with total distance adjustable from right to left being 10 mm.
10、The surface of steel anilox roller is to grind, make the reticulate pattern, then do the hard chrome. The screen ruling is optional according to the user’s necessity.
11、Adopting rubber roller inking system, soaking-ink mouth has strainer, also has stainless steel ink-chamfer.
12、Ceramic anilox roller is optional according to the user’s necessity.

SLOTTER FUNCTION
1、 Creasing-wheels cover nice glue, can not damage paper.
2、 The space of the creasing-wheel can be adjusted by hand. The scale panel shows the adjusted data.
3、 Adopting harmonic phase adjustment by hand and locked themselves.
4、 Four knives which adjusting the height of the carton are adjusted synchronously. Slotter knife drum, creasing-wheel, paper-feeding wheel are adjusted together in transverse. It is easily to change the orders.
5、 Punching device and beating device is optional according to user’s necessity.
