SM3 Type Double Facer
* Surface of the Heater plate adopt grinding process:Height 150×width 600; with 16,18,20 pieces for choice.
  (Optional air cushion spray steam heating plate).
* Adopt high strength complex bridge, the structure is steady and beautiful appearance, it can work at high speed
  condition.
* Heating unit adopts concentrated press rollers, hydraulic power raises up and down. According to the cardboard
  layers, it can adjust by sections through pneumatic type. (optional for gravity pressing roller, plate mixture
  to press, press plate quantity can choose with PLC auto controlled the quantity)

* Cooling unit adopts concentrated pressing rollers to make sure of the moulding quality (pneumatic adjustment for
  optional).
*Up cotton belt is equipped with automatic correcting error device and two sets of pneumatic tension device.
* Down contton belt adopt S shape manual correcting tension mechanism, simple structure and easy operation
* Steam pipe rational layout , according paperboard layer and the speed can be to achieve the hot plate separate
  group adjusting the temperature..

* For the heating unit pressure roller adopt concentrated type, it can adjust the pressure by sections and also
  can be designed as customer appointed to choose computer-controlled pressure plate method.(Optional air cushion
  heating plate type)
* Lift adopt hydraulic power. Hydraulic mechanism hide under cover, according to the production of corrugated oard
  layers to adjust the pressure, it is good to keep the appropriate cardboard strength

ZCD2 Main Drive Unit
* The main up drive roller diameter Ф900mm, the down roller diameter Ф650mm, and with the high wear-resistant
  coating rubber herringbone pattern deep.
* Drive gear box with helical gears structure, the gear with high-quality alloy steel after heat treatment and
  grinding processing, low noise, big transmission torque.
* Gears in the gear case adopts immersion oil lubrication , it can prolong gears using life.
* The variable frequency main drive motor is with big speed range and stable operation.
* It adopts whole wallboard directly to drive, so it can ensure the double facer machine stability, reliability at
  high speed.
* It is equipped with the synchronous signal generator to adjust the synchronous function , then to keep the
  synchronization with the pasting machine.
* The main power adopts inverter motor control.
