I. Feeder Unit

Bosch Rexroth servo driven system, with extended wheel type lead edge feeder for high speed and precise sheet feeding
Capable of 3/5/7ply corrugated boards from micro-wave to heavy duty board
DC anti-electro static dust cleaning system, with high-volume vacuum suction and brush for thorough dust cleaning and better printing result
 10.4’’ touch screen for single point entry of all box data with automatic control of each unit of the machine
Side guides motorized control with auto squaring function, for sheet alignment before feeding
Auto zero for fast job setting with minimized trial wastage

 

II. Printer

PLC computerized precise printing registration with touch screen setting and auto zero
Vacuum transfer with inverter controlled suction strength for high conveying precision
Ceramic anilox roll with chamber doctor blade for high graphic printing requirement
Auto resuming printing position after stereo cleaning.
Motorized setting of vacuum platform up/down for different board thickness

III. Dryer

High efficient drying system composed of four parts: wind supply, heating system, temperature control system and safety protection system
Wind supply: low noise centrifugal high pressure blower to ensure clean wind supply
Heating system: aluminium oxide frame, stainless wind output and high quality crystal thermal insulation cellucotton for stable and consistent performance in long term high temperature
Temperature control system: PID/SSR(SCR)control with precise digital display for temperature changing
Safety protection system: auto self-protection with overload motor and auto alarm in abnormal situation
Fast heating with digital temperature control up to 350℃ with minimized thermal lag
Custom made high temperature resistant hot wind blower with recirculation system, saving electricity consumption up to 51﹪-70﹪.
High volume, less wastage and heat exchange close to 100%, featuring energy saving, high efficiency and environment friendliness.
Temperature can be custom set according to each special printing job.

IV. Varnisher

Vacuum transfer with inverter controlled suction strength for high conveying precision
Double chamber doctor blade for saving varnish consumption
Auto resuming of varnishing position after stereo cleaning.

V. Slotter Creaser

 

PLC Computerized and synchronized setting for all box dimensions
Lateral movement of slotting blades controlled by precise linear guide and screw shaft with high precision encoder for
Pre-creasers and creasers, with PU wrapping, to ensure perfect folding of box and avoid liner cracking
Synchronized movement of blade, creaser and pre-creaser with PLC computerized control High quality alloy steel made slotting blade with long life
Moveable middle blade for converting two-piece box
Upper and lower blade with special designed precise matching to prolong the blade using life
Flap cutting blade with spring effect for cutting both 3/5 ply boards without changing
Handle cutting die device on option for cutting handle holes

 

VI. Die Cutter

Gearless transmission with Independent servo drive to eliminate the vibration from high die cutting pressure and ensure premium printing quality
Auto movement of anvil cylinder in lateral direction for 60mm left to right, to prolong the using life of anvil cover.
PLC computerized setting for die cutting precision in circular and lateral
Automatic linear speed differential compensation, ensures consistent and even die cutting accuracy
Automatic engagement and disengagement of die roll from anvil roll
Automatic anvil blanket renew device for prolonged blanket using life.
