1. Brief introduction
CT-5000D Type FCL Compression Testing Machine is an economical instrument which designed to test the compressive strength, stacking strength and paper tube compressive strength of various small sizes of corrugated boxes, food packaging boxes, calcium-plastic corrugated boxes, or packages and containers made of other materials with a compressive strength smaller than 10KN. It is the ideal test instrument for paper, packaging, inspection, research and other departments.

4. Main features
Testing machine uses advanced double screw and double guides mechanical structure, it has imported stepper servo motor control technology, high-precision sensor measurement and control technology. And the instrument with the function of automatic date processing, reset and fault diagnosis.
(1) Determination of strength: Measure the maximum pressure of cartons and other boxes
(2) Determination of fixed value: The instrument may make pre-pressure as required and measure whether boxes can achieve pre-compression requirements or not.
(3) Determination of stacking: In accordance with the requirements of national standards, it can do stacking test within 12 hours, 24 hours or other different conditions.
(4) Advanced machine design: Instrument uses double screw and double guiding pillar, they can ensure the high parallelism in upper and lower plate and the stability in high-speed transmission.
(5) Servo motor control: Instrument has accurate positioning and high-speed response by using imported stepper servo motor control technology. Compression speed is 10mm/min and the return speed is up to 120mm/min (adjustable). In this way, users save test time and increase testing efficiency. At the same time, it provides reliable hardware pledge of accurate measurement for stacking test and cycle pressure test.
(6) Single sensors: The instrument used one high-precision pressure sensors to install on the upper plate and had unique sampling algorithm technology to improve the measuring accuracy.
(7) Testing specifications: Instrument can measure the box of 500mm×500mm×500mm (L×W×H), and the platen stroke is more than 0.5m.
(8) Man-machine integration design: The instrument used modern electro-mechanical integration, liquid crystal display in Chinese and micro-thermal high-speed print.
