1. Brief introduction
CT-5000A Type FCL Compression Testing Machine with imported servo motor drive and high precision is designed to test the compressive strength and stacking strength of corrugated boxes or packages and containers made of other materials with a compressive strength smaller than 50KN. 4. Main features
Testing machine uses advanced four ball screws and four guiding pillar mechanical structure, it has AC servo motor control imported from Panasonic, measurement and control technology of multi-point sensor. It has features of high parallelism, stability and measured precision, high-speed return, liquid crystal display in Chinese, the computer communication interface etc.
(1) Determination of strength: Measure the maximum pressure of cartons and other boxes
(2) Determination of fixed value: The instrument may make pre-pressure as required and measure whether boxes can achieve pre-compression requirements or not.
(3) Determination of stacking: In accordance with the requirements of national standards, it can do stacking test within 12 hours, 24 hours or other different conditions.
(4) Precision machine design: Instrument uses four precision ball screw and four guiding pillars, they can ensure the high parallelism in upper and lower plate and the stability in high-speed transmission.
(5) Servo motor control: Instrument has accurate positioning and high-speed response by using high-speed, high-precision positioning of imported AC servo motor. Compression speed is 10mm/min and the return speed is up to 250mm/min (adjustable). In this way, users save test time and increase testing efficiency. At the same time, it provides reliable hardware pledge of accurate measurement for stacking test and cycle pressure test.
(6) Four sensors: The instrument used four high-precision pressure sensors and unique sampling algorithm software to improve the measuring accuracy.
(7) Testing specifications: Instrument can measure the box of 1m×1m×1.5m (L×W×H), and the platen stroke is up to 1.5m.
(8) Man-machine integration design: The instrument used modern electro-mechanical integration, liquid crystal display in Chinese and micro-thermal high-speed print.
