Automatic vibrating waste cleaner
1. The paper-receiving part is equipped with pressing mechanism to
flatten and drop paperboards. The front paper-receiving platform adopts
pneumatic lifting structure, which can adapt to different cutting
heights of printing machine, facilitating template disassembly and
assembly.
2. The front end of the waste cleaner is equipped with a medium-pressure
fan to achieve the effect of waste cleaning and at the same time
make the paperboard close to the conveyor belt for smooth delivery.
3. The waste-cleaning mechanism is composed of dual vibrating cleaning
structures. Each one is driven by an independent motor, and can achieve
better effect of waste removal through different vibrating frequencies.
4. The vibrating belt is imported cylindrical elastic belt, without
aging or damage to the paperboard under high-speed vibration.
5. With a semicircular groove, the cylindrical belt shaft can adjust the
belt position flexibly to adapt to the production needs of various
irregularly shaped paperboards and achieve two-stack or three-stack
paperboard division.
6. The rear end of the waster cleaner is equipped with axial fan and
brush device so that the vibrating waste paper can fall from the
paperboard in order to achieve the best cleaning effect.
7. The plane belt equipped on both sides at the bottom of the waste
cleaner and the waste paper division board equipped at the rear end
facilitate the complete output of waste paper by the belt, reducing
waste paper cleaning.
8. All motors of the waste cleaner are controlled by a separate button,
which can work with the production needs for separate operation.
9. The main parts and suppliers of waste cleaner: Fatex PLC, Kymmene
converter, Schneider low-voltage electrical equipment, CPG motor, Jiayue
cylinder, and FK bearing.
The dimensions can be customized according to customer requirements.
