Most of friction(differential) shaft has
side-friction controlled slip between each cartridges made of force by
spring or air cylinder aside. It is known that the constant friction between each cartridge is rarely accomplished in this type. The first air friction shaft we present works by air pressure equally coltrolled to each cartridges, so slip of each cartridge is even which builds precisely controlled rolls. Loading/unloading of a finished roll is really easy because core is gripped by lugs inflated by air. Unlike other air friction shafts, this product has no tube in it, so no trouble because of the tube. |
