Automatic Rigid box machine is the one of the most advanced fully auto box machines by our company. It is suitable to make various types of rigid boxes for mass production, such as jewelry boxes, mobilephone boxes, gift boxes, cosmetic boxes, watch boxes, slanting boxes, crossover boxes (optional), and clamshell boxes (optional), etc. The minimum size for wrapped box is 45x35x10mm, and maximum size is 350x250x80mm which covers a larger range compared to the previous machines and meets better the market. And it is upgraded also by its exterior with more safety and beauty.

10. Wrapper can automatically and continually lift box, wrap paper, fold corner edge, fold in and form box

11. All the major units are sheltered for operation safety and from optical deviation

12. Automatic control system for glue viscosity (optional)

13. Remodel to use Automatic Greyboard Assembling Unit (optional)

1.The max. size and the min. size of box are determined by the max. and min. size of cover paper.

1.    The production speed of the rigid box maker is determined by the box size, paper and cardboard materials.

2.    We don’t provide air compressor. (8 atm=0.808MPA , 7.5KW compressor with dryer is needed)
