Precautions:
1. Proofing is required prior to batch production;
2. Homogenize before use and close properly after use;
3. Clean the varnish tank and gluing roller after use;
4. Not to mix up with other glazing unless of the same property;
5. Expired varnish should not be used;
6. Varnish after the ink is dried;
7. Sweep extra powder prior to varnishing;
8. Select proper varnish carefully for special paper;
9. Varnishing performance is affected by agents like drying oil, drying agent and viscosity reducer;
10. Varnishing should not be performed to wet paper and varnished paper cannot be stored in damp warehouse;
11. Temperature in the workshop should be maintained above 10
