The Line Array Inspection System for VDP supports installation on various platforms like rotary printing machines, flat sheet code printing machines and offline inspection machines. High-speed line scan cameras are employed to recognize and inspect variable data after printing so that defects such as repeated code, wrong code, code missing and code damage can be detected in a real-time manner. When the defects are detected, the inspection system alarms with sound and light and controls the rejection system to reject wastes or label the wastes to avoid production accidents. |
