UV Offset Inks (UV-2300,2600)

 Substrates：
a. UV-2300 Series: White cardboard, Gold & silver cardboard, PET coated film cardboard, Laser card etc tobacco packaging paper.
b. UV-2600 Series: Synthetic paper, Pressure-sensitive label, PVC series,PET, PE, PP etc treated non-absorption substrate materials.

Product Examples：High level cosmetic boxes, Tobacco packaging, Wine boxes, Trade mark, Plastic stationary, Types of card products etc.

print effect Features：Excellent adhesion , high durability and good flexibility and gloss ,It can curing quickly , This ink is also suitable for relief printing.

Notes：
a.Plates: It will direct use negative image PS plate or positive image PS plate that UV inks used when offset printing. It will process baking plate when use ordinary positive image PS plate. Please use nylon series resin relief printing plate when resin relief printing.
b.Rubber roller: Recommended use professional UV rubber roller or biservice of ordinary offset rubber roller & UV offset rubber roller.
c.Blanket: Use with ordinary ink or UV ink blanket. It’s better use UV blanket.
d.Storage condition: Store in 15-25℃. Avoid the high temperature and sunshine from penetrating directly.

e.It’s not harmful to your health and safety. If attached on the skin or cloth, someone will be anaphylactoid reaction. Please use clean soapy water immediately. 

a. Add 1-5% professional UV Varnish will may reduce inks viscosity and increase inks liquidity.
b. Add UV Medium will reduce color density.
c.Add≤5% UV viscosity reducer under reducing tack or stringing condition.
d.The products suitable for planographic printing and rotary printing.
