DONG FANG Machinery has been involved in researching and developing slitting machine

Standard setting enterprises. QFJ F type thermal paper slitting and rewinding machine is the

third generation of DONGFANG brand slitting machine. The innovation was based on years of

experience and clients feedback. Especially the automatic end roll separation device, this project

won the national patent soon (Patent No. ZL 2012 2 0060609.4). It has been sold to many countries,

such as Malaysia, Iran, Turkey, Indonesia, Canada, etc..

This machine is used for slitting fax paper, cash register paper, film, self adhesive trade marks,

and other paper less than 250gsm. It equips PLC +touch screen control, automatic tension control,

automatic product separation, automatic counting, automatic pneumatic loading system, which make

it easy for one worker to operate. Its features are high speed and stability, high precision, and long

working life. The defective rate is only 3‰. It brings much more profit to clients than before.
