The ZXJD450/22 automatic perfect binding lines is a large binding equipment developed by Purlux. It
is made up of the gathering machine, perfect binder, splitter, book stacker, three-knife trimmer and
various straight and curving conveyors. It integrates such functions as automatic gathering, automa
tic rejection of bad brochure with surplus or missing signatures, milling, roughing, notching, dual
spine gluing, side gluing, cover feeding, dual cover nipping, splitting and three-knife trimming. It
is a mechanized, automatic and on-line book binding system with high efficiency and good quality. I
t is an ideal book binding system for large or medium batch books. The configuration and layout of t
he automatic perfect binding line can be ordered according to requirement of the users and the space
and layout of the workshop.
