Main Features
1) Transmission of main unit adopt imported A/C frequency converter control, startup and stop of the machine are controlled by means of imported air clutch.
2) Running of the whole machine is controlled by PLC. Interface touch-screen for monitoring machine running condition, trouble indications and their corresponding shooting ways. This is more operator-friendly.
3) Independent temperature control to each heating zone makes operation temperature of the machine more equal and stable. Function of timing pre-heating can enhance working efficiency greatly.
1. Gripper Bar
Adopting high-strength aluminum alloy to prolong the endurance and lighten the weight, and the design is especially suitable for thin paper.
2. Gearbox Clutch
Intermittent system protects the machine from overload, and torque transfer system adopts the ball-filling groove design. Asymmetrical design can transfer the force perfectly, and also be reset easily after overload.

In 1924, Mr. Wang Rongxing established Shanghai Yongxing Machinery Plant.
In 1940, Wang’s successors Wang Chuanyou and Wang Chuanfa established Shanghai Dechang Machinery Plant with 600 silver dollars.
After the foundation of new China, the company was relocated and expanded several times before being renamed as Shanghai No. 4 Printing Machinery Plant in 1965.
Since the reform and opening-up, with the support of the then Mayor of Shanghai Zhu Rongji, Shanghai YAWA Printing Machinery Co., Ltd was established with Hong Kong TAI KONG Trading Co., Ltd. in 1988.

In 2014, to follow the SOE reform, Shanghai Linchun development (group) CO.,Ltd.acquired the state-owned equities of YAWA.
The year 2015 is the first year YAWA returns to zero, strides forward and starts a new chapter.
