1. Feeder

2. Stripping unit

The stripping unit is designed to remove even the smallest pieces of waste. Using dedicated or universal tooling, the station is up and running in no time, delivering outstanding performance and quality, whatever the job. Quick lock system provides fast and easy makeready.

 



3. Blank separation unit

The blank separation delivers both blank sheets and full sheets precisely. Functions such as continuous pile lowering and automatic sheet insertion to ensure perfectly stacked piles.

 



4. Automatic delivery pile transfer (optional)

Realising automatic transfer between empty and full loaded pallets at the machine’s delivery, reduces manual intervention and ensures non-stop production.

 



5. Finished products

Finished products can be well organized according to the requirements of customer into a pile, and be transferred to the driver side by transfer track safely for next procedure.

 



6. Gripper bars

Gripper bars are made of high-performance 6005 aluminum, and seal type design by new technology. Gripper pads are installed at the lower edge of gripper body, rotary open, which brings better stability during the die-cutting and stripping process and enhanced working life of gripper pads.
